DIYAFA-HMC was officially born and registered in the Palestine in April 2009 as a Hospitality Management and Consultants company. DIYAFA-HMC brings to the Tourism & Hospitality professional industry vast years of professional experience. DIYAFA-HMC is the sole regional-partner of the American Hotel & Lodging Association – Educational Institute (AHLA-EI) in Palestine. Lately, in 2022 DIYAFA-HMC added a new stream to its portfolio, DIYAFA Hospitality & Culinary Academy that is officially registration at the concerned Palestinian Authority bodies.

DIYAFA Hospitality & Culinary Academy
In 2021, DIYAFA-HMC Partners decided to start an academic vocational training center under the name of Diyafa Hospitality & Culinary Academy, with a main branch to be operated from Jerusalem and opening several branches in Palestine main cities (Ramallah – Jericho).
The main mission of the academy is to offer the local Palestinian youth the chance to learn a vital career and for the industry manpower to enhance their skills and professional certifications.
The academy will offer vocational and academic education in the fields of Hospitality, tourism and culinary to enrich the industry and the guest experience, since the hospitality & tourism industry is considered a main pillar of the country economy and many family’s bread and butter.
The first semester will start in sept 2022 in Jerusalem, at the EJ-YMCA building being our strategic partner in Jerusalem.
